User agreement

I (hereinafter referred to as “I” and/or “User”) agree to the terms of this User Agreement and, by using the website: delightlamps.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) when ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, leaving feedback, etc., I agree to processing and protection of your personal data, as a User, in the scope and order, in accordance with the purpose of processing in accordance with the Regulation on the processing of personal data: (hereinafter – “Regulations” and/or “Regulations on the processing and protection of personal data”).

Personal data

In addition to the Regulations, in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” by filling out an application on the Online platform to consider the possibility of purchasing goods in and clicking the “Order” button, I consent to the processing of my personal data specified in the application and to other financial institutions , which provide an opportunity to pay for orders on the Delight website, in order to ensure the implementation of civil legal relations, provision/receipt and settlement of purchased goods/services.

I also agree that the Owner has the right to provide access and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional notice, without changing the purpose of their processing defined in the Regulation and this Agreement. Including, to verify the information specified by me, and I do not object to the transfer of this information to third parties for possible necessary clarification, by which I mean: financial institutions, collection companies, mobile and postal operators, other natural and/or legal entities .

We value your right to privacy and non-disclosure of your personal information. This User Agreement is a rule used by all employees of our service and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/received when visiting the Delight online platform: when using the service, when ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, any other communication in which data/information is exchanged. What information we collect

On the Delight Online Platform, when you place an order, participate in a promotion, research or otherwise interact with us, we collect both personal information and general data.

Personal information relates to an individual user and is processed in the manner, within the limits, and for the purpose specified in the Regulations. We do not require registration or providing such information to view our online platform and access its content.

In order to place an order for goods/services, participate in promotions, research or otherwise interact with us, you should carefully familiarize yourself with your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data, which are specified in Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and the Regulation, carefully familiarize yourself with this User Agreement and the Regulation, as well as express your full agreement with their terms.

If you do not agree with any of the terms of this User Agreement and the Regulation on the processing and protection of personal data, please do not provide personal information (personal data).

You can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information at any time. To do this, it is enough to send a message by e-mail, with a note in the subject of the letter “Personal data”, to the address: isolomchak976@gmail.com

Why we process personal data

The term “personal data” is used in the meaning defined in the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and constitutes a set of information about the user, which is defined in the Regulations.

We may process your personal data for the purposes and with the purpose specified in the Regulations. At the same time, one or more goals can be applied simultaneously.

We act in accordance with this User Agreement, on the basis of the Regulation on the processing and protection of personal data and on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine. The owner of personal data is the FOP Solomchak Iryna, located at the address: Gulyatyn, st. Pulyia We have the right to retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose specified in this User Agreement and Regulations.

How we collect information

The purpose, purposes of processing personal data, as well as other conditions for processing personal data are defined in the Regulations.

Personal information, as we mentioned above, comes directly from you and with your knowledge. Yes, when you register on the Online Platform, we receive the information you provide. When you register for a promotion, we collect information necessary for your participation to fulfill our obligations to you. When you place an order for a product, we collect the information you provide so that we can place the order and deliver it to you. When you send us an email, we store the email address you provide so that we can respond, etc.

We also constantly collect general information when you visit our online platform. The process of collecting such data takes place with the help of cookie technologies, as explained below.

Cookies

Like many other companies, we use cookie technology on and off our online platform. Cookies are pieces of information that the Online Platform transfers to the consumer’s (User’s) hard drive to store information related to the Online Platform. This technology expands your Internet experience by keeping your priorities in mind while browsing a particular site. The cookie technology does not contain personal information and cannot in any way configure your system or read information from your hard drive.

When browsing our online platform, we may place cookies on your computer. Such temporary cookies are used to count the number of visits to our online platform. They are deleted when you exit the browser. Persistent cookies may be stored on your computer by your browser. During registration, this type of cookie informs you: this is the first time you have visited us or accessed our online platform before. Cookies do not contain Personal Data and can be blocked by you at any time. Cookies do not collect personal information about you or provide us with your contact information, nor do they retrieve any information from your computer. We use cookies to determine the characteristics of the Online Platform and the offers that you like the most in order to provide you with more information in which you are interested. In addition, cookies are used to make the online platform safe, secure and convenient. Cookies provide support for security functions and their activation. Cookies also allow us to track violations of the User Agreement by visitors or devices. Cookies help to estimate the number and frequency of requests, as well as to detect and block those visitors or devices that try to perform batch downloads of information from the online platform.

The “help” shortcut on the panel of most browsers will inform you how to prevent the browser from accepting new cookies, how to receive a message from the browser that you have received new cookies, or how to disable cookies. Remember that cookies allow you to fully use all the features of the online platform and we recommend that you leave them enabled.

Contests and promotions

The Delight online platform sometimes posts promotions with the option to register online. In such cases, we will use the information you provide to run the promotion (for example, to notify you if you win). After a certain period of time after the end of the promotion, we delete personal information from our database, if you have not given your consent to its storage and use for receiving further information from us. By participating in the promotion, you give your unequivocal consent to the free use of your name, surname, photo, interview or other materials about you for advertising purposes, including the right to publish your name and photo in mass media, any print, audio – and video materials, interviews with mass media. Such use is not compensated (not paid for).

The conditions for transferring personal data to third parties in such cases are defined in the Regulation.

Prices and product availability

The description of goods posted on the Online Platform, including the prices marked on the Online Platform and information on the availability of goods, may change. The amount of the order may vary depending on the price, quantity, and range of goods available at the seller on the date of shipment. The final price of the product is indicated in the invoice and/or shipping documents provided to the buyer (or his representative) when receiving the order. If the product is not available, the seller can unilaterally cancel the order.

Third party service providers

In the course of our work, we contact other companies and individuals who perform many functions. For example, the fulfillment and delivery of orders, providing customer support, we order from certain agencies the administration of promotional campaigns, data analysis. These agencies may have access to personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they are prohibited from using personal information for any purpose other than that specified in our User Agreement and our Privacy Policy, and we require confidentiality from them.

General information refers to aspects such as the number of visitors to the Online Platform, which pages they visit, what information they download, the type of web browser and operating system they use, the name of the Internet service provider, etc. When you visit our online platform, we automatically receive this information and aggregate it with similar data about other visitors. By collecting such information, we analyze how to better adapt our online platform to the needs of visitors.

Disclosure and Transfer of Data

Information on the terms of disclosure of personal data to third parties is contained in the Regulation.

Updating this Agreement

When you place an order, participate in a promotion, survey, or otherwise interact with us, you agree to the terms of the User Agreement and the Terms.

We may unilaterally change or update parts of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Please review the User Agreement from time to time to be aware of changes and updates. All changes to this User Agreement are effective upon posting. If any part of this User Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the other parts will remain in effect.
